Visibility risk
A score below 60 on the Atlas 100-point visibility scale: enough defects in the technical, architectural or entity layers that additional content or spend is unlikely to return anything until they are resolved.

Why it matters
The consequence, not the conceptIt exists to stop work that cannot pay back. Below 60 the foundation does not carry what is put on it, so publishing more is not a slower route to the same result — it is spend with no mechanism to return.
