MOROCCO · WORKING WORLDWIDE SEARCH VISIBILITY SYSTEMS
About

One senior team. No account layer.

Atlas Search Visibility is an independent search visibility consultancy. It builds the technical, semantic and authority systems that make brands easier to find, understand and trust across modern search — across technical SEO, ecommerce SEO, international SEO, AEO and GEO.

Atlas is deliberately small. The person who diagnoses the system is the person who fixes it, and support is leverage rather than mass.

What Atlas believes

Six positions, held in the work
Build systems, not tricksInfrastructure that survives an algorithm change, rather than a loophole that does notHeld
Fix the foundation firstArchitecture before scale, technical integrity before content volume, entity clarity before authority campaignsHeld
Every action needs a reasonNothing is recommended because best practice says so. It connects to visibility, relevance, authority, conversion or it does not shipHeld
Complexity should become understandableTechnical work explained without requiring the reader to be an engineerHeld
Small teams can produce disproportionate outcomesExpertise should be visible in the quality of the thinking, not the size of the teamHeld
Search is infrastructureNot a marketing layer. It is part of the digital architecture of the businessHeld

How the work runs

Two-week loops

Short loops. Atlas ships in two-week cycles rather than quarterly plans: find the smallest change that moves the number, make it, measure it, then the next one. Where nothing moved, that is reported too.

Every document carries a provenance line stating where its figures came from. Every finding has survived a verifier instructed to refute it. Where a figure cannot be traced to an instrument it is removed rather than softened — which is why the case studies contain absences as well as results.

03

What an engagement involves

The questions buyers ask before the first call

Where Atlas works. Remotely, with no geographic restriction. The practical limit is language rather than location: work is delivered in English, French and Arabic, and international engagements are scoped around the markets a site actually serves rather than the country the client is registered in.

What it costs. Atlas does not publish prices, and the reason is not coyness. Scope is set by the diagnosis: the same catalogue size can hide a two-week canonical problem or a six-month architecture rebuild, and a number quoted before the system has been read would be a guess wearing a decimal point. A figure is given after the diagnostic, against the specific work it pays for.

What access is needed. A diagnostic runs on what is publicly crawlable, plus read access to Search Console and the analytics platform — enough to see what the site reports about itself and what search reports back. Implementation additionally needs access to the CMS or the codebase, because the person who diagnoses the system is the one who fixes it, and handing a list of findings to someone else is where most of the value is lost.

Anything above that is negotiable. Nothing above that is billed for separately.
