Knowledge graph
A store of entities and the relationships between them, used to resolve a name to a thing. Being in one is a consequence of consistent, externally corroborated facts, not something a site can assert about itself.
Also written Google Knowledge Graph or Entity graph. Atlas writes British English; the definition is the same.

Why it matters
The consequence, not the conceptYou cannot declare your way in. Consistency across the places that already describe the business is what earns entry, which makes tidying external descriptions more productive than adding markup to your own pages.
